Verity Meridian provides medical courier and logistics services to healthcare facilities, laboratories, and authorized organizations.

Users agree not to submit Protected Health Information (PHI) through the website or contact forms.

Submitting a request does not guarantee availability. All services are subject to confirmation and acceptance.

Verity Meridian shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Delays caused by factors outside our control
Inaccurate information provided by clients
Liability, if any, shall not exceed the total service fee paid for the affected delivery.

Clients agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding medical materials and transport.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Verity Meridian is registered.
