Refund Policy

Verity Meridian provides professional medical courier and logistics services. Due to the time-sensitive and operational nature of our services, refunds are handled according to the following terms.

Service Fees

Once a delivery or transport service has been dispatched, initiated, or completed, all fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made before dispatch may be eligible for a partial refund or service credit, at Verity Meridian’s discretion.
  • Cancellations made after dispatch are not eligible for refunds.

Service Issues

If a service issue occurs that is directly attributable to Verity Meridian, clients must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. Each concern will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

No Refunds for Third-Party Delays

Verity Meridian is not responsible for delays or failures caused by:

  • Inaccurate pickup or delivery information
  • Facility access issues
  • Acts of God, traffic incidents, or government actions
  • Third-party facility delays

Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original method of payment.
